利用規約

要点：ボケあそびは無料で使えます。写真の勉強・授業・SNSでの紹介には、保存した画像やスクリーンショットを自由に使ってかまいません。プログラム・画面のデザイン・文章をコピーして、別のサイトやアプリとして公開することは禁止します。
1. この規約について
この規約は、iGrex（以下「運営者」）が提供する「ボケあそび」（https://bokehplay.com/ 、以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用した時点で、この規約に同意したものとみなします。
2. 著作権などの権利
本サービスのプログラム、画面のデザイン、ロゴ、文章、使い方ページの画像などの著作権その他の権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。本サービスで使っている3D素材・写真素材の一部は、第三者が公開している素材を加工したもので、その素材の権利は各権利者に帰属します。
3. 自由に使ってよいこと
- 本サービスで保存した画像や、画面のスクリーンショットを、個人の学習・学校や講座での授業・研修・SNSやブログでの紹介に使うこと
- 「この設定をURLで共有」で作ったリンクを、だれかに送ったり公開したりすること
紹介するときは「ボケあそび（bokehplay.com）」と書き添えていただけると助かります。画像を商品や有料の教材に使いたいときは、画面下の「修正依頼・機能の要望はこちら」からご相談ください。
4. 禁止すること
- 本サービスのプログラム・画面のデザイン・ロゴ・文章の全部または一部を複製・改変し、ほかのサイト・アプリ・サービスとして公開・配布・販売すること
- 本サービスと誤認されるおそれのある名前やデザインで、似たサービスを提供すること
- 本サービスをまねたサービスを作る目的で、プログラムを解析すること
- 自動で大量にアクセスするなど、本サービスの運営に支障を与えること
- 法令や公序良俗に反すること
5. 表示内容について（免責）
本サービスの写り方は、光学の計算にもとづく近似です。実際のレンズやカメラの写りと異なる場合があります。運営者は、本サービスの内容の正確さや、特定の目的に合うことを保証しません。本サービスの利用によって生じた損害について、運営者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
6. サービスの変更・停止
運営者は、予告なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を停止することがあります。
7. 規約の変更
運営者は、必要に応じてこの規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、このページに掲載した時点から効力を持ちます。
8. 準拠法と裁判所
この規約は日本の法律に従って解釈します。本サービスに関して争いが生じたときは、札幌地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

In short: BOKEH PLAY is free to use. You may use saved images and screenshots for learning, teaching and sharing on social media. Copying the program, design or text to publish it as another site or app is not allowed.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of BOKEH PLAY (https://bokehplay.com/, the “Service”) provided by iGrex (the “Operator”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Copyright
The program, design, logo, text and guide images of the Service belong to the Operator or their rightful owners. Some 3D and photo assets are adapted from materials published by third parties; rights in those materials remain with their owners.
3. What you may do
- Use images saved from the Service or screenshots for personal study, classes and workshops, and posts on social media or blogs
- Share links created with “Share these settings”
Please credit “BOKEH PLAY (bokehplay.com)” when you can. For use in products or paid teaching materials, contact us via “Report a bug / request a feature”.
4. What you may not do
- Copy or modify all or part of the program, design, logo or text and publish, distribute or sell it as another site, app or service
- Offer a similar service under a name or design that could be confused with the Service
- Analyze the program for the purpose of building an imitation of the Service
- Disrupt the Service, e.g. through large volumes of automated access
- Violate laws or public order
5. Disclaimer
Rendering is an approximation based on optics and may differ from real lenses and cameras. The Operator does not guarantee accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose and is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6. Changes to the Service
The Operator may change or discontinue the Service without notice.
7. Changes to these terms
The Operator may update these terms. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Sapporo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
